TTC - Symptoms of pregnancy?

Hi,
I’m all very new to this, never asked questions on a forum before either - we have been trying to conceive for 3 months now, but I’m currently experiencing odd symptoms that I’ve never experienced, it’s a week before my period is due - I’m due on the 11th January, but I have odd cramps in my stomach, sort of under my ribs, I’ve had brown discharge (sorry if TMI) for about 2 days, I’ve been off my food and feeling super thirsty. I just don’t want to get my hopes up, but I’m equally finding these symptoms hard to ignore. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks x

If you have really have pregnancy symptoms it would mean you have enough HCG in your system to cause the symptoms and also show a positive test.

If you’re one week past ovulation (I’m assuming as you are due period in a week) any embryo would just be implanting now or in the next few days, so it’s unlikely that you’d have true symptoms now unless you ovulated a little earlier than you thought.
