DH and I are TTC. I noticed, after DTD, that there were brownish drips stains on the sheets where he had pulled out. Should we be worried? I've read that it can just be from a blood vessel, or from not having ejaculated for a while or from having a little urine in his tubes. Should he get medical attention, and should I now be worried about having this in me? Will this affect a potential pregnancy or my own reproductive health?

Has he eaten beetroot? It can get to some surprising places.

Of course fluid from you can get inside his penis (with a hole right at tip) whilst it's being thrust in and out of you!

He needs to get checked out. Possibly nothing, I would book appointment and take a specimen ready for Drs. Maybe pop in and get a sterile pot.

Well yes, if his penis has been inside you and there’s a foreskin etc around it it’s entirely possible that your fluids have moved themselves onto / into him and dripped out of him.
