Has anyone ever used Fray Check?

Am I supposed to make a hole in the top of the blue lid? What with?

I've tried poking a needle through but it won't go. Am I being spectacularly dim?

As far as I can tell you twist off the blue lid and poke a hole in the end of/or snip off the end of the clear nozzle underneath.

In the meantime I have managed to get a needle through it. I think the first one I was using was too big. I couldn't expose the clear nozzle underneath though, it came off with the blue bit. So I've poked the needle through the whole lot.

They need to sort their instructions out!
