Hi all. I'm due dc4 in 4 months time and starting to think about how I'm going to get into some light exercise following my 6 week check.
I used to be very active prior to dc. Whilst I'm not over weight I am really intoned and loose and would like to get back into some exercise to tone up and just and my health in general. I was think8ng of starting some light aerobic exercise. I used to dance but won't have time to go back to classes but can do aerobics/dance at home. Was also thinking of getting an exercise bike. Are they worth it. Would it help along with the aerobics?
