Yes me!! Smoked 14 daily for 20 years and recently realised I literally burn £50 per week The same as I pay my dog walker!! A huge amount as I'm on disability benefits
Do you use an ecig or any kind of nicotine replacement?
I've got a Juuls epen available in Sainsbury's with cartridges for £20
This has made so much difference and I'm determined this time

I’ve got an e-cigarette but apparently I’m not using it properly (my DH is one of THOSE ex smokers!).

I’ve been reaching for it when a cravings hit instead of using it throughout the day when I would normally have a cigarette.

Well done for making it this far, it’s bloody hard isn’t it? I’m determined too, I’ve got two children and I feel awful always nipping off for a fag or them climbing up for a cuddle when I’ve just been outside.
