Chickenpox or nappy rash? Pics included

I know the pictures are terrible quality. Noticed these spots on the top of DDs bum last night. A couple more since then have appeared.

I'm not sure wether it's nappy rash or chicken pox? None anywhere else apart from one on the top of her leg.

She's never had nappy rash really so not sure if it's that?

Any on hands or feet? Could be the start of hand foot and mouth as that can affect nappy area too

Does not look like chicken pox.

Or fungal nappy rash.

Just put sudocrem on so hopefully won't get any worse. Doesn't seem to be bothering her

Demented no none anywhere else. Must just be nappy rash. She is cutting a lot of teeth so could be that?

Sore bum and teething can come hand in hand but mine have never had it quite like that 🤷‍♀️

Oh bless that looks sore. Doesn’t look like chickenpox. Would expect there to be spots elsewhere when it’s that widespread in one area at the very least. Probably connected to teething.

It does look bad. If it doesn't get better I'll pop into pharmacy on Monday.

That's how hand foot and mouth started for my two.

Looks like Hand foot and mouth to me too, my DD had it around her nappy area first before blisters appeared on her tongue, fingers and toes.

Looks likes the rash DD had a few weeks ago. I thought it was the start of hand foot and mouth at first, but then it spread down her legs. Took her to the GP who said it was an infected nappy rash and she needed an antibiotic steroid cream. I would take to a walk in centre/urgent clinic

Been putting on cream since last night and it has massively reduced. Only a few spots now!
