Anybody swallowing air a lot?

Especially cold air and getting trapped wind? And it causing all sorts of digestive issues?

Interesting, I’m starting to wonder if I swallow more air than is normal, and whether that’s causing some of the general low-medium level digestive issues I have...

Yes I get this sometimes! It’s so odd! I’ve tried to explain it to people and they don’t get it. It’s like when I try and swallow my mucous and it’s a bit thick so I swallow a load of air with it. I get awful stomach pain from it. I’ve recently discovered drinking a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda dissolved in a little water helps a bit as it makes me burp (sorry, bit grim)
