Growing up book for 8 yo DD

Any recommendations for a growing up/body changes/periods book for my 8yo please?

The boys version of this from Usborne went down well here.

I'd second the Usbourne book, really good.

I got the American Girls book for younger girls for my 8 year old DD. The focus is on caring for your body, so it talks about hair, skin, diet plus body changes, breasts, periods, the structure of the reproductive system etc. I don't think it covers sex? I wanted one, at 8, that focused on body changes and will probably get another with more on sex and contraception when she is a little older.
