No. Urine infections don’t prompt the production of hcg.

False positives for the test for urine infection or for something else (pregnancy?).

False positives in testing can happen in a minority of cases so unless there is a systematic error/confounding factor, which hopefully there isn't, the chances of 6 false positives is vanishingly small and chances are, it's a real positive.

Eg 1% false positives, 1 in 1 000 000 000 000 chances of getting 6 in a row, ie probably never.
