Can anyone talk to me about bathstore please?

We are having our bathrooms done and I have an appointment next week at Bathstore. They currently have a sale on but I'm not sure this isn't a con. I have no idea on regular prices of their items but the tiles I like are £54 per SQM on there which is double what I have seen them elsewhere. Have they just inflated their prices to make you think you are getting a bargain? I do really like one of their ranges but I don't want to be pressured into buying now when actually those deals are commonly available. Anyone have any experience? Thanks

Mine's a few years back now. I can't comment on sale vs regular price, but I bought a few things from them (quadrant shower cubicle, vanity unit + basin, wall cupboard). I thought they were expensive but lovely. And they are all in excellent condition 7-8 years later.

I had a small problem with some missing fittings for the vanity unit. I rang Bathstore then emailed them a photo of what I did have, and the missing pieces arrived in the post arrived the next day.

Conversely customer service at Victoria Plumb was rubbish. The loo lid arrived split: they did not want to believe that, they insisted I must have broken it in use, and they had to be told that even if that were true it was their responsibility to replace it as not fit for purpose. Grr.
