How long does rocky road take to make/set?

Is it do-able in 40-45 mins ish, with a group of 12 five to seven year olds?

If not, does anyone have any fairly speedy "road" themed baking (or not, but definitely involving food) ideas?

15 mins to make but a few hours to set unless you can freeze it?

I don’t know about rocky road, but I’d do rice crispie cakes or something. Lots of different sprinkles and toppings!

Rocky road seems so ideal for a road theme! Make the mini ones in cupcake cases get them in the fridge asap it has to work!

Mini ones might work better Xmas; I suppose I can send them home with instructions to refrigerate if need be.

How about pre-baked biscuits to be iced? They won’t be set either but can be more easily transported home?

You could do a map shape with all the pieces in to decorate, or lots of different vehicle shapes?
