First Direct and cheques. HELP!

Everything I've read suggests I can do this on the app, but I'm buggered if I can find how or where.
I really really don't want to go into town. Anyone know how to do this? suspect it's actually not possible

I couldn’t see it in the app at all the other day. Ended up posting it with a note of my details. It went in, eventually 🙄

You might be able to pay it in at the Post Office if you don't work out the app, and it's more conveniently close than the HSBC?

Yep gave up with the app. I'll go into town tomorrow.

You can't do it on the app, it's HsBC customers that can pay in cheques on the HSBC app

I'd ssumed 13 months would have been long enough to do that. Clearly not.

I just take mine into HSBC

I do it on the HSBC app (for my HSBC account). It’s under move money - then you select deposit cheque.

Just in case it’s there but hidden...

Can you phone them and ask?
They are always really helpful.
