DS has abit of a dodgy tummy, me too feel abit sicky and soft poo...not diahrreah though. He has eaten loads over last few days so wss putting it down to that

He has an important match he has to play...he's in goal and no one else to play. Thinking I should buy something from Boots to curb it all. Sny recommendations?

I would just let him ride it out. There's not going to be anything to make him magically feel better. Immodium would help with diahrrea in an emergency (like when you just need to get him home without pooing himself), but that doesn't seem to be the problem. But if there is a potential for a D & V bug (if you both feel ill), then the responsible thing is to not take him to play football and potentially infect the rest of the team.

Immodium at his age is fine.

At 13 he can have pretty much any medicine that adults can (the usual age seems to be 12+ but obviously do check the packaging first)
However I agree with the poster above - I would’t take him to the football match. It’s not fair to potentially pass on a bug to the other kids.
