I am overseas and receiving (text) replies to my DD birthday party.
Due to roaming charges I cannot text back to thank them for letting me know.
Would you wait until back in the UK (9 Jan) or would you send them a what'sapp message?
(for some reason I am not used to what'sapp people if they have not told me to do so)

If they have Whatsapp then messaging on that is the obvious solution. Its probably far more used now than texting

WhatsApp uses data if you haven’t got WiFi Confused

But still a lot cheaper than a roaming text.
