Breakfast/brunch in Covent Garden

I have a rare, free couple of hours in London. Need to be at Covent Garden and surrounds.

Can you recommend somewhere lovely for me to have brunch / late breakfast where I can people watch for a bit?

Have not been to it myself yet but Petersham Nurseries comes highly recommended..

We went to Balthazar on Saturday and had a lovely brunch with great bloody Mary’s. It was very busy and buzzy.

Thank you! Balthazar looks perfect. Will I have to book or can I take a chance? Sadly the Nurseries, which also look amazing, don’t open until 12 and I need to be on my way by then.
