AA men are always so helpful and nice, always had great customer service with them

I agree. They’ve always got to me really quickly too and not commented on e.g. my battery being flat because I left the lights on.

Yep, my Dad bought me my AA membership when I got my first car over 30 years ago and I've been with them ever since. Wouldn't go anywhere else, I trust them.

I gave one a massive tip once, he was so patient and helpful. Stayed for ages helping us

they’ve always arrived incredibly quickly and been so polite and helpful. Huge fan

I waited 4 hours for them to turn up. Then paid an extortionate amount to get my car working just to find that they didn't replace half the stuff they billed me for.
All quotes are at least twice the price of everywhere else and the last one I spoke to said they were too busy to deal with my call.

Never again and would never recommend them.
