I remember one of my friends saying that her BF’s mum would ring the house phone from her bedroom to get someone to bring her up a cup of tea. We were all agog.

Once, I had this (very short-lived) fling and he texted me from the bathroom saying “could you come up here for one second please”. When I got there (expecting near-death) he wanted to show me his infected toe. Bluegh Envy Envy

I'd say the vary majority of my texts to DH are me telling him that dinners ready...
He's upstairs on his computer, I'm downstairs watching TV and I don't like yelling up the house - but I'm also disinclined to take his plate up to him :)

My stepson's mum phoned him on his mobile to ask him to come downstaires because she wanted the remote control and couldn't be bothered getting up, I thought it was funny, my stepson didn't Grin Grin
