Help! Can I fix this?

Any ideas on if I can fix this myself or do I need a professional?

Can’t quite see what the picture is showing? Too close I think. A broken door?

I think you'll have to take the whole door off and either replace the broken section of frame and reattach the door hinge in the same place or move the door hinge up or down. I can't quite work out how much room you have left at the bottom of the door.
Unless you have some tools and possibly some wood and, depending on how skilled you are, this may take you a while, I don't know. And doors are a bugger to rehang on your own.
I'd be tempted just to call in a carpenter or handy man, it shouldn't take them long.
