Private villa with pool recommendations?

Don’t suppose anyone can recommend a large villa perhaps in Majorca or thereabouts? It would probably have to have at least eight or more bedrooms and be within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants etc.
The party are all family members from Grandparents, various sons and daughters right through to grandchildren. The youngest grandchild will be ten. Obviously some of the children can share a room, girls in one boys in another if necessary.
I’ve looked at various websites but I’ve also heard some stories of people being ripped off and the villas being nonexistent.

Any good? It is near a restaurant which has good reviews, but not sure about shops. It is big!

We do quite a few large group holidays, and I always start with HomeAway for first port of call. Been doing it for years, never managed Majorca, but have stayed in various parts of France, Italy, Spain, Portugal once. Getting ripped off is always a worry, but there are ways of minimising the risk - HomeAway has a useful section. I used to be able to get specific insurance for it, but can't find it anymore. In 20 years of booking these kinds of holidays though, I've never once had a problem.
