Suggestions please for single parent with chest infection.... 3.5 days still kids back at school

... and me back to work have to go in for ££ reasons.

Any top tips for getting rid of this God awful virus faster (now on chest), and how to manage with 2 lovely dcs, both with additional needs (autism and wheelchair user, to simplify hugely).

Have arranged for them to go round a friends for couple of hours later today. Family at a distance.

I'm going to try and get up shortly, get kids more food (had breakfast).

Alternatively if anyone has Mary Poppins' address....

Ideally drugs (paracetamol, ibuprofen) and sleep. Where that's not possible then tv/screens for the kids, drugs and duvet on sofa for you. Or Mary Poppins (sorry, don't know how to get hold of her

I could easily spend the next three days asleep given the chance. Maybe a Sains order of soup and ready meals. Still have to deal with ASD dds major anxiety and ds physio.
