My dd is in Yr 5, and has for the past 3 years been subject to bullying, we have as a family worked really hard with the school, and last year her teacher was great and managed to pretty much eliminate it all. We were fairly hopeful that that was the end of it.
However she has now left and it's started up at the beginning of this year. We have come to a point that we need to move her from that school.
We are fairly restricted in which local schools have spaces, and I am terrified that even if we move her that the bullying will continue.
My question is when we look around these schools what do I need to ask. I will of course ask about their anti-bullying policies and what they have done in the past, but my mind has gone blank to what else I need to ask.
Just want her to start with a clean slate, and friends. Particularly before secondary.
