I am currently studying Early Childhood, BA (Honours). In order to complete the course I am required to complete an Independent Project in which the topic is whether early years providers could do more to combat childhood obesity. To help me complete the independent project I would appreciate if anyone with children or who cares for children under 5 who attend an early years setting could please answer the questions below to help me gather information from the parents perspective. Please note that all information is confidential and your identity remains anonymous, this is a voluntary questionnaire and I am grateful for your help. Thank you

I haven’t got the necessary credentials to answer your questionnaire op but your post did make me think of something that may be of help to you...
Amanda Spielman chief Ofsted officer did an interview recently (I think it was published in the Guardian online) about how schools should not be subsitute parents and issues like obesity must be tackled at home. HTH.
