Disgusted by how much I'm still eating this Christmas!

As I write this, I'm sat in front of the telly with DH finishing off a bag of Tesco lightly salted tortilla chips with a newly opened box of Cadbury's choccie biccies between us. I can't believe how much shit I have eaten and am continuing to eat this holiday season. I'm disgusted with myself (as I shove in another biscuit) but there is so much left to eat! What do I do? Plough on until it's gone or give it away or what?

Anyone else gorging themselves??

I’m actively seeking the shit out 😂🙈 I’m disappointed I didn’t buy more 😂😂😂🐷

I need to stop as I get married in May 😱

I am currently blaming the germs I seem to be harbouring whereas in reality I’m just greedy

Stroller15 · 02/01/2019 21:31

Oh gosh I'm the same! Still eating cheese and chocs hourly! The 2nd is still a holiday here in Scotland so I can believe tomorrow I will stop. Or the food will run out. Good luck OP!

I’m still off work so I’m going for it for the rest of this week and not feeling bad at all about it Grin

RickOShay · 02/01/2019 21:31

Yep. Wading through it Grin
Don’t worry, think of it as aversion therapy. You will finish all the crap and you cravings will now be salad and beetroot. There is hope.

Honestly give it away I did this so nothing is in my house anymore because I can’t help but pick at it

Usually supermarkets have the food bank boxes

I envy you, I've had to start the unemployment diet until I get my next paycheck at the end of Feb. We had a lean Christmas so no leftovers or gift chocolates to munch.

Same here - I actually ate quite healthily for breakfast then it went downhill from there. This evening I have polished off several Monty bojangles truffles, plus crisps, plus fizzy red laces and now popcorn. I am a glutton (who needs to lose some podge)

Stroller, I'm in Scotland too! 😆

I'm dreading getting on the scales. My stretchy waist jeans are already feeling a bit tight...😬
