I am currently studying a Food Science masters, which I had intended would lead to a new career in new product development. But I did a module in food safety and did unexpectedly well. My tutor said he thought I should consider doing that as there are vacancies with good prospects.
Can anyone tell me what the job is like day to day? What are the good/bad bits? What do you wish you had known before going into it. Anything else you’d like to share?
