Do I look bloated in this photo?

I posted about this a few days ago and forgot to mention that I get uncomfortably bloated a lot of the time. I still have backache.

My previous post:

Just before my period I get an ache in my lower back, but never when ovulating. Today is day 12 of my cycle, I have this backache that feels like my period will start but I'm not due. What else could it be?

Either bloated or apple shape. Or earlish pregnancy.

Have you had children ?. Been to seen to see doc ? Cut out bread etc. What could be the triggers ???
