Milky Bar Buttons

I know the people of Mumsnet have declared Dairy Milk to not be what it used to be (although I still like it) but I've just noticed how sickly sweet and repulsive Milky Bar is now, compared to how it used to be. It used to have a lovely earthy melt in the mouthness but now it's just fatty sugar. Or am I imagining that it used to taste better? What have they done to the ingredients?

Probably has palm oil in it. Look at the ingredients on the packet.

Caramac buttons were my biggest disappointment of Christmas. They just tasted horrifically sweet and nothing like caramac at all.
I ate 3 and chucked them back in the cupboard. Vile

Ah yes bloody palm oil. Although that shouldn't change flavour?! Whatever it is I shan't be buying again!
