Split parents- pick ups and drop offs

On here for traffic.

I'm a single mother to a DD (primary aged). I've just passed my driving test and have a car. Ex (DDs Dad) now assumes I'll do 50:50 pick ups and drops to him.
He sees her twice a week (he actually takes turns with his mum on his days). He lives about 20-25 minutes away, in fact quite near my work (I work 5 days a week).

Basically I've offered to pick her up from his on his evening when I've finished work or from his mums who is 10 minutes from me but said no to 50:50 On his terms of going to and from his. I suggested if he was that keen on 50:50 He'd take on 50% of the school run and dentist appts, Drs, dance classes, taking unpaid dependent care leave and he's said no. Just at his times.

Can I please have some idea if this is normal?

To add twice a week means 1 full weekend day but only 1 overnight a fortnight, and he picks her up from school and gives her dinner during the week.
I have bent over back wards for childcare until she started school and am expected to deal with it all during school holidays.
He's threatened to deduct fuel costs from maintenance which is wrong and bizarre based on the limited amount he actually pays.
Sorry but I'm feeling anxious as due to see him tomorrow and I know he's going to be unpleasant.
