I feel like a schoolgirl lol, but I think it will be really therapeutic. I was really depressed last year and had nowhere to vent my feelings (I didn't want to discuss the dark corners of my mind even with my DP as some of it would have upset him) so this is a way to vent my darkest thoughts and feelings.
But I've also thought up the idea that every time I write in there (even if it's to vent negative emotions) I also have to write something good/be mindful of the good people/things in my life and the things I love about myself because it's so easy to just focus on the negative. When I think about it, there is so much to be grateful for.
I feel so much better already and I only started on 31/12!
