What’s your back pain trigger?

I have been getting lower back pain for a few years and I have put it down to not being active enough as when I was fitter and younger I never suffered at all. I dont go to the gym at the moment and never get my 10000 steps in any more.

Yesterday New Year’s Day, I literally sat around watching tv all day and realised by the end of the day I was in no pain at all so now I’m confused!

If you suffer from back pain to you get good days and bad days for no particular reason or is there an obvious cause?

Yes I do and, although physios say exercise will improve it, all your instincts to remain as free of pain as you can, tell you to rest and not move. I use a tens machine which is quite helpful for dealing with the muscle pain that, results from bones being out of alignment. Highly recommend visit to osteopath if you haven't done that.

I really recommend it. As you have a longstanding possible bone displacement don't expect a cure as such, but definitely expect relief and good advice.
