Anyone got smart weighing scales ...body fat etc?

I’ve been looking but they seem eyewateringly expensive...so unless they exercise for me and make delicious hesltyy meals, not sure if they are worth it...

I've got some but they weren't expensive.
Will post make and model when I get back home.
It's good as you can program several people into it.
Does BMI, water content, fat content (how I'm not sure) weight...

I've not used it for months as I don't like the figures it was coming up with because I'm in denial

A lot of GP surgery waiting rooms, leisure centres, gyms and also many larger pharmacies etc have the professional grade medical scales available pay-per-use for £1 or so. If you’re trying to lose weight then you’re really only going to want the full suite of measurements every month or less, I’d imagine.

I bought a set of Salter body analysis scales last week in Trago Mills. Cost about£15 and give readings for bmi, body fat and water % composition
