Can somebody recommend a exercise DVD or something I can stream on YouTube etc??
I've decided I must make the effort to do some exercise this year. I won't join the gym because I've done so in the past & I just don't end up going. Plus DH works away during the week & I work school hours so I would struggle with the logistics of going to the gym but I could easily do something at home on a morning or evening.
It's more improving my fitness level & toning up that I want to concentrate on rather than losing weight although shifting half a stone would be a nice bonus!!
