What meals can I freeze?

I am a childminder and feed the mindees earlier than we eat as a family. Therefore to save full on cooking twice each night, I want to get ahead of the game and freeze some meals.

I can only think of three freezavke meals and they’re all mince!

Any ideas please, toddler friendly.

Lasagna, maybe a veggie one to avoid the mince!
Fish pie.
Sauce for pasta, eg carbonara or bolognese, and just cook the pasta on the day.
Mild chicken curry sauce.
Fish cakes.
Home made chicken goujons.

There is very little you can't freeze!

Meat based- all stews, casseroles and soups. All mince based meals, stroganoff, curry, chicken supreme. Pies (uncooked and cooked). Pie fillings. Meat balls.

Veg- mash (ordinary and root veg), ratatouille.

I find cheese based sauces go watery but that might just be me.

Ooo thanks! Lots of things we eat that I hadn’t realised you could freeze.
