I really prefer stationary controlled exercises using weights rather than all the HIIT (jumping around and getting super sweaty - I get my heart rate up when running outdoors instead). Can anyone recommend any routines on YouTube or similar which are like that, using dumbbells and/or kettlebells?
I've been searching forever and can't find what I need! Just simple routines I can complete at home 3-4 mornings a week. Hope somebody can help 😉
