Work - I need inspiration

I've had a few rejections in 2018 which have left me questioning my abilities. I need some inspiring reads and advice so that 2019 is the year it all happens for me.
On another topic, we need a general work chat!

I find a new sharp outfit that makes me feel glamorous usually gives me the confidence to exceed.
