Bread recipes

Hi, made bread yesterday following the recipe on the Allinson flour bag. Wasn't impressed do hoping to find better recipes. It tasted too yeasty.
Anyone got any good recipes please?

I don't have a bread maker but have a KitchenAid with dough hook Smile
