Shake Diet

Hi,
I need a shake diet to kick start January as I just never prepare breakfasts or lunches. I'd like to be able to mix this with proper food when I get the opportunity but also have some filling shakes to use when I'm lacking time instead of grabbing junk.
Any ideas?- thanks

Tesco's version of slimfast are ok and are decent price as well.

Exante shakes taste nice and are affordable.

Asda vanilla shakes with a spoon of coffee granules blended together is good.

I like the Women's Best powder. I think it's called Slim Body Shake or something? Only downside is it comes in massive tubs, so you're stuck with one flavour. I didn't like the chocolate flavour, but the others are lush, especially the vanilla.
