I did a click & collect back in November but DD changed her mind about the toys we’d ordered. She told me that DM had ordered stuff before but just left it at the store & eventually she got a refund. Apparently if you let them know you don’t want it then you get charged for the return but if you stay quiet there is no charge. Has anyone experienced this? I wanted a rough idea of when I’d get my money back as it’s around £60

Can you not collect and return straight away in store? Don’t think there are return postage costs to pay then

Actually thinking about it- aren’t click and collect orders only held for 10 working days?

I’d be amazed if it’s still there if you haven’t collected it.

It's says on the web;
How long will the store hold my order for?
The store will hold your Click and Collect order for 14 days. After this time, your order may be cancelled.

If you've not had a refund you need to contact them.
