Aldi macarons

OK, I have eaten my fair share of macarons, even hand made by pretty good cooks.
I got a box of Aldi macarons last week and I thought, ok, not bad.
I got another box today because Bye Bye 2018 and 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

I have paid ridiculous money in some places only to get some chewy ones with jelly like filling

(I will happily eat a 3/10 sugary treat when toddler sleeps)
