Is there any way to watch live NYE countdowns from around world?

For young DC who can’t stay up until midnight thought it would be fun to watch a new year countdown from elsewhere in the world - I think Hong Kong would be about right time-wise and they have amazing fireworks. But how could we watch it?

There are loads of videos on YouTube of the live countdown. I think Dubai will be around 8pm so maybe good timing?
