London NYE fireworks from Epsom Downs

I was wondering if anyone knew if you could see tonights NYE fireworks in London from Epsom Downs? I've seen pictures photographers have taken of the London eye from the downs, however I don't know if this is taken from the racecourse?

Theres an Epsom Downs View Point Car park, does anyone know if this has views over London?

Yes, the View Point car park does give a good view over London, but not sure if it's close enough for the NYE fireworks. They should be visible though.
