I’m so cross with myself. 2018 has been the official year of letting myself go - I was fit enough to run a 10k non-stop in 2017 and was doing Pilates, yoga, training runs and over 10k steps a day.
Then for no good reason it all stopped, I gained about a stone and oh my Jesus, the Christmas photos 
I’m going on holiday in a month, and while I know that I’m not going to be able to transform myself radically in that time, it would be nice to drop a few pounds and at least look and feel a little bit better...
So to that end, I’ve (literally) dusted off my Davina 7 minute fit DVD, and I’ve just done my first session. My plan is to do it every single day, but I need some accountability.
Does anyone fancy joining me?
