Looking for some help please. At the moment we as a family use Apple Music. We pay £14.99 for the family one for 5 of us to have it. For the last couple of months me and my daughter have had trouble whereby it won’t let us download any music. (DH and my other children’s are fine). We’ve tried everything and I rang apple in the end but still it didn’t fix the problem. Looking to change to Spotify but a friend who uses this says that only person can use it at a time. Just wondered if this was the case? I’ve googled it and lots of people have asked this question but Spotify don’t seem to answer. They do a family account so I would think that it defeats the object if only one of you can listen to it at any one time. Just don’t want to sign up if it’s no good. Just wondered if any of you had any experience of this. Or recommended any other music app that’s good. Many thanks.
