What was this series?

I watched some of a tv series years ago but I can't remember what it was called.

There was a husband and wife (possibly doctors) and their 2 children. A boy and girl. I think one child used to sneak out, Possibly the boy.

I'm sure they lived in some sort of compound community with an electric fence around it. Not sure why though.

Would have been in 2010-2013

Any idea what it was called?

There was a series called Dangerfield but that was in the late 90s but it may have been reshown later

No it wasn't dangerfield. It's driving me crazy but I can't remember any more details.

Terra Nova? The parents were doctors and the son used to sneak out. Compound was because of dinosaurs in the wild. This is the Wikipedia page
