Where has the Sunday Times Culture magazine and Home supplement gone???

Literally Culture magazine makes my week. I really look forward to it.

It’s not there this week and instead is some crap Arts, Books, TV and Puzzles section with about a tenth of the content and not in a handy magazine.

And the Home supplement hasn’t been there for two weeks now.....

I am actually quite upset! Is this a temporary Christmas thing does anyone know?

My mum also pointed out that the Saturday and Sunday Mirror newspapers had no magazine. Seasonal thing maybe?

Thymeout · 30/12/2018 14:49

Might be ad-related? More expensive to produce a magazine format and not enough advertising revenue to finance it at this time of the year.
Hope it's not permanent because the Culture mag is one of the main reasons I buy the Sun Times.

Thymeout · 30/12/2018 14:54

P.S. Last week's mag had 2 weeks' TV and Radio listings in it, if you haven't thrown it away.

BeardedMum · 30/12/2018 14:56

I am hoping its just a one-off and that they are not changing the format!

The Sunday Times is a rip off at Christmas and New Year. It will probably be back to usual next week.

HardAsSnails · 30/12/2018 15:01

They're there on the online edition.

My DD delivers newspapers on a Sunday - she commented on how much lighter they were this week, so maybe just this time of year? Journalists on hols maybe.
I am sure they will be back to normal next week, ridiculously bulky and heavy, much to my DD's delight Confused

There was a two week (TV guide) Culture last week. They always do this at Christmas.

There is a bit of Homes in one of the broadsheet parts.

Yep! Looks like this is normal at'twixmas' no culture section today🙄
