Twins

I have 5 months old twins and a 2 year old. Getting anxiety thinking about going out the house for a walk with all 3 by myself. I have a double pram that can put toddler on and one twin in a sling. I live in a village with dangerous lanes and the nearest park is about a 20 minute walk away. My twins also feed every hour and half. I normally have my partner with me if they need feeding Iam bottle feeding. It scares me to think about doing all this I know I need to just get out and do it! Need advise from twins mummas!

I have almost exactly the same gap. It's bloody hard OP, you're doing so well to even consider leaving the house Grin

I got quite good at scouting out the widest pavements and safest routes. I also had a selection of places to go where I felt it was safe to let DC1 wander while I could have a sit down to feed the twins (cafe with soft play, completely fenced in park etc). I even quite liked feeding one of them in the car because DC1 could be buckled in and was usually entertained by the radio or a CD.

It's really, really hard OP, take care of yourself Flowers
