Short break in February - Search for snow, or follow the sun?

My boyfriend and I want to go away for a short break (4-5 days) in early February.

Tempted by Iceland, or Norway to see the Northern Lights... but I'm also wondering about finding some relative warmth somewhere like Marrakech

Any recommendations?

Iceland is lovely and there is lots to do in 4/5 days. Both Iceland and Norway are v expensive (Norway especially so). I've only been to Oslo in Norway which was nice but I think Reykjavík was more fun and a bit more different.

Flights to New York in Feb seem cheapest so you could go further!
