This probably isn't what you're after but caramel m&ms are amazing!

Downeyhouse · 30/12/2018 04:02

We always go to a CVS pharmacy and stock up. You can buy lots of products OTC we don’t have. Melatonin and antibiotic cream for children’s cuts are a must have for us.

downeyhouseOh thank you that's ever so useful will keep that in mind when there

Sephora is good to go to for make up.

SSRainbow · 30/12/2018 07:08

Starlight mints and warheads 😜

Expatworkingmum · 30/12/2018 07:10

Twizzlers and Coppertone aerosol spray sun cream.

LoniceraJaponica · 30/12/2018 07:11

Ranch dressing

I just really miss Walgreens chicken salad sandwiches

Junior Mints are delicious. Like after eights but minstrel shaped. Buy as many boxes as you can afford, but pack them carefully - they don't travel well.

ARandomPoster · 30/12/2018 09:24

Also, Haribo do a variety of chewy mint. Each mint is individually wrapped. I think they're called star mints. They're mintier than ordinary softmints and ideal for keeping a handful in your handbag.

Target is great for a beauty haul. I used to buy ELF stuff, but they sell it here now. They have a large range of Pixi products, including makeup.

Tidal pens. Great stain remover!

Jellybean100 · 30/12/2018 09:33

Love bath and body works stuff. And Sephora for make up.

I always bring home M&Ms (almond or peanut butter are my drugs of choice). I usually buy a mega pack of generic paracetamol and ibuprofen, not for price, but just so as can have an enormous amount, rather than a pack of 16 running out when you need them most.

Banana Boat spray sun cream. Love this, not sticky, effective and quick application.

I've bought Lipstick Queen lipsticks as they've been a bit cheaper, and MAC stuff, but I'm not a great make up aficionado so not much help. Also with the poor exchange rate, the deals are likely to not be there.

We maxed out on Apple products last year - 2 iPads, a Pencil and an iPhone Shock, but all planned purchases and definitely cheaper. We're off in April too and there might be an Apple Watch coming home with DH...

Riotingbananas · 30/12/2018 10:21

Wouldn't there be import duty if you brought multiple Apple goods in? Thought the limit was under £400?

I'd second Sephora for make up.
