Best parental controls app?

Can anyone give me any advice about the best way to control what my daughter is doing on her new iPhone?

Ideally I would like to be able to see messages in and out as well, but am not sure if this is even possible.

Does she have a contract already? if not, there's a company you can go with that lets you check messages in/out and phone call recordings or transcripts (can't remember which). I have forgotten the name but if you search mobile phone contacts for children you'll probably find it. It's not one of the big companies you'll have heard of.
