I'm looking for some helpful tips for a less stressful 2019.
I am highly strung, like the kids in a routine, easily tetchy, I don't know why. Probably a bit of anxiety which I have discussed with gp and probs just a bit miserable bitch.
I'm very easily influenced by others moods and allow them to shape my mood in an instant - I'm not a Debbie downer by any stretch but I do tend to err on the negative all the time.
Anyone have any tips on how to improve ???
