Not keen on anything with artificial sweeteners or hack style food. Cutting down on carbs is always key for me so bye to rice, pasta and potatoes.

I really struggle with breakfast as I hate yoghurt and if I’m honest all fruit except bananas. I do like veg and salad though!

I need easy to reach snacks or I default to toast...

I use the Hairy Dieters cookbooks and Lean In 15 books, both have low carb recipes and healthy snack ideas.

Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado for breakfast. Clean bread - i have Bertinets and limit it to one slice.

Omelettes or scrambled eggs with tomatoes and mushrooms always good.
I eat a lot of fish and grilled chicken. Just mix things up with different herbs and spices
